Lino Ladies -
A Print Artist Collective
The Lansing Area Printmakers Collective (Lino Ladies for short) is a group of 8 artists who use the linocut as a starting point for our artwork.

For the past few decades I was a graphic designer–a persnickety graphic designer. After retiring, I grabbed my favorite parts of graphic design and sprinkled in drawing, watercolor and printmaking; put them all into my head and tried to shake out a simpler style. After four years of attempting to loosen up my work through relief printing, I’ve decided to embrace the internal graphic designer and enjoy the colorful ride.
So many blocks to carve, so much to learn and so many ways to interpret linocuts and continue making prints with this delightful and talented collective.
